OnCue and four other convenience retail companies have been selected as finalists for the second-annual Top Women in Convenience Corporate Empowerment Award. The award honors a convenience retail company that commits to gender equality and promotes female leadership and advancement.
This awarrd honors companies that actively empower women to ascend to leadership roles and ensure their inclusion in the strategic vision of the organization. Companies are evaluated based on their efforts to promote women to senior management positions, provide relevant professional development opportunities, and offer mentorship programs.
The recipient of the 2024 TWIC Corporate Empowerment Award will be announced during the awards ceremony at the 2024 NACS Show. This year’s gala will also celebrate the 11th class of Top Women in Convenience, recognizing 107 outstanding female leaders in the convenience store industry. Among them is OnCue’s own Amanda Taylor, who will be honored alongside five other distinguished female leaders from OnCue.
