Winning companies are selected based on employees’ feedback through a third-party survey, conducted by Energage. Energage is a research company with more than 16 years of experience surveying over 27 million employees at 70,000 organizations.
This award celebrates companies that provide compensation and benefits packages that are fair for the work being done and compared to others in the industry. OnCue continues to receive recognition for its work environment and for putting its people first.
