OnCue #114: Outstanding Customer Service

“I am temporarily disabled, my car stopped at the [OnCue] store at 6a.m. 2-5-15. Men in trucks ignored me when I asked for help, I even purchased some cables. Jerry saw that I needed help & came to my rescue along with Kenny the manager. They helped me find a tow truck, found a place for me to sit and Jerry tried to get my car started. They went over and above great customer service, they gave outstanding services. I will continue to come to this location and tell my friends to come here too just because they took the time to assist me and it means a lot.”
